Advantages of PVC pipe:

1. Good tensile property. Compressive strength: but its flexibility is not as good as other plastic pipes.

2. Small fluid resistance: the pipe wall of PVC pipe is very smooth and the resistance to fluid is very small. Its roughness coefficient is only 0.009, and its water carrying capacity is 20% higher than that of cast iron pipe with the same diameter and 40% higher than that of concrete pipe.

3. Corrosion resistance. Excellent drug resistance: acid resistance, alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, not affected by moisture and soil pH value, and no corrosion treatment for pipeline laying.



4. Good water tightness: the installation of PVC pipes has good water tightness no matter whether they are connected by bonding or rubber ring.

5. Anti bite rodents: it is not a nutrient source and will not be eroded by rodents. According to experiments conducted by the American Health Foundation in Michigan, mice do not bite PVC pipes.

6. Performance test: curing time, shrinkage, splitting strength, tensile strength, peel strength, thermal stability, shelf life, release of harmful substances during storage.
